Terms of Service

Welcome to HariiSuku. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HariiSuku mobile application ("the App") developed and operated by Naroman TL ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HariiSuku, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. If you are using the App in a school setting, the school or teacher acts as the authorized agent for student users.

2. Game Usage

HariiSuku is an educational game designed for learning and entertainment. The game includes:

• •Quiz-based learning aligned to the Timor-Leste 2026 national curriculum
• •Village building and management simulation
• •Social features including leaderboards, territory competition, and messaging
• •Virtual economy with in-game currency (coins) that has no real-world monetary value

All in-game currencies, items, heroes, buildings, and territories are virtual and have no real-world cash value. They cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged for real money.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• •Keeping your login credentials confidential
• •Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• •Providing accurate information when creating your profile
• •All activities that occur under your account

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using HariiSuku, you agree not to:

• •Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• •Harass, bully, or send offensive content to other players
• •Impersonate other players or create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• •Interfere with or disrupt the game servers or other players' experiences
• •Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in HariiSuku, including but not limited to artwork, hero illustrations, building designs, music, sound effects, game mechanics, quiz questions, text, and code, is the property of Naroman TL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

HariiSuku is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• •We are not liable for any loss of game progress due to technical issues
• •We are not responsible for any content generated by other users in chat or social features
• •Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. This includes changes to game mechanics, economy balancing, quiz content, and features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Timor-Leste. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Timor-Leste.
